Dalat with century-old style of constructure, Vietnam






French Bacteriologist Alexandre Yersin asked a French governer-general to create a resort center in the Central Highlands, Vietnam.






The governor general approved. Dalat was selected as a town for such a excelent idea. Villas. boulevards were constructed and some of their remains are still seen today.






A cathedral was built in 1923. It was then replaced by Rooster church. in 1942.






This is governor's palace. However, it no more exists now. The current local authorities does not know to protect the value of historic relics.





This is Xuan Huong Lake. Luckily, it still exists. It is one of tourist attractions in Dalat.
