Ta Xua Natural Reserve
Ta Xua, a mountain reserve in Son La Province, is an off the beaten path. It is untouched by tourist commerce, thus retains hallmarks of the natural beauty. The only way to explore this region is to take a motorbike on routes, running through mountains and reserves starting from Son La to Nghia Lo.
Also, Ta Xua is home to Thai ethnic minority who ranks the third most prominent ethnic group in Vietnam. Their population accounts for 2% of Vietnamese one. Their Identities include women's garments and houses on stilt, an effective design to help inhabitants from floods and dangerous animals.
