Following is a 3-day visit to Mu Cang Chai:

Day 1: Hanoi - Tram Tau hot spring

Traveling 220 km from Hanoi to Tram Tau takes 5 hours, to ride a motorbike or  drive a car, you should go early to get to the place near noon then take a rest, eat and drink. 
 
Day 2: Khau Pha - Lung Mong Valley, Lap Thai
- Tu Le - Mu Cang Chai

Khau Pha Pass is the place where paragliding takes place every year, called the Bay Festival on the golden season. From here, you experience the thrills while enjoying the panoramic view of the Lung Mong valley during the ripe rice season. If you love, you should book a tour in advance to have a parachute jump.

Day 3: Mam Xoi Hill - Mong Ngua Hill - Hanoi

Mam Xoi Hill is a symbolic image of the golden season of Mu Cang Chai for many years. The hill is located in La Pan Tan, more than 8 km from the town center, the road is in bad condition, you should stop and park the car and rent a motorbike taxi from the local people to take place. In addition, near the hill, there is a triangular flower garden and ethnic dress rental service for tourists to take pictures
