JUNG HAE IN ONCE SUFFERED FROM PANIC DISORDER, ISOLATING HIMSELF AT HOME DUE TO MALICIOUS COMMENTS

Recently, actor Jung Hae In opened up about the pressure he faced criticism during his appearance on "You Quiz on the Block."

He shared, "At the age of 31, I was still very young. So, when I encountered criticism, I felt like it was the only thing that existed in the world. Being someone who had to stand in front of the camera and be judged by the public was terrifying and made me anxious."

Jung Hae In admitted that reading all the criticisms at the time had a significant impact on his mental health: "There were moments when I didn’t want to leave the house, and I just wanted to live like a recluse. I felt like I was suffering from anxiety disorder and was very afraid of meeting people."

Now, Jung Hae In has a different perspective on his acting career. He stated, "I now understand that there are people who support me and those who don’t like me. If they already dislike me, what can I do? I’ve realized it’s impossible to be loved by everyone, so I’ve decided to give my best to those who love me."
