Bach Moc Lien Tu Mountains, Lao Cai, Vietnam

Bach Moc Lien Tu Mountains are located in the North of Vietnam. Some of groups of mountains are the highest mountains in Vietnam.






Mountain Muoi is one of the highest mountains with 2000 meters high and various ecosystem. To overcome this mountain, climbers have to take 3 days, two nights.





Experience to climb a mountain: focus on breathing, take a rest till so tired and not to rest so long, avoid drinking too much.
