Mui Pagoda, Hanoi, Vietnam

Cây bồ đề cổ thụ “ôm” đền thờ cụ Hậu

Mui Pagoda was built in the 16th century under character I. It was noted for a huge storax grown beside it.

Storax is a tropical or subtropical tree or shrub with white flowers in drooping clusters.

This pagoda is a place for praying for Bhuddha.

The gate to enter the pagoda is almost "swallowed" by the storax tree in front of it.
