Phuong Hoang Cave is located in the north of Vietnam. It is 45 kms away from Thai Nguyen City.
This is a place for those interesting in discovering caves. There is a legend about Phuong Hoang (Phoenix) Cave.
Once upon a time, there is a couple of phoenix. One day, the male phoenix flies to look for food for the female one which lays on egg.
Due to joining a group of phoenixes enthusiastically, the male forgets the way back to his family. Later on, he finds the way back, the female becomes a stone due to waiting for the male's return long time.
