The Impact of Korean Stars Coming to Hoi An and Da Nang

Recently, Korean stars like Taeyang (member of Big Bang), Aespa group, singer Hyo Yeon, and members of the TV show Knowing Bros... generated a hit on social media when they came to Hoi An and Da Nang. 

Korean stars come here for performances at music festivals or recording programs, in combination with visiting Vietnam.

For instance, Taeyang sat down to eat pho at a popular restaurant, then went "crazy" for pho and constantly played the word "pho" on Instagram.

Or, Hyo Yeon put on slippers to eat Ba Duong pancakes. Aespa member wears conical hats, eats pho covered with onions, posts many pictures of Vietnam on Instagram...

Previously, in May, "boss" Lee Byung Hun brought 62 artists from his entertainment company BH Entertainment to Da Nang for a vacation.

From Korean stars, the wave of Korean tourists grows continuously

The show performed by Taeyang, Aespa, Hyo Yeon... is Seen Festival on June 17 and 18 nights. The two shows are not too large, but it is a rare opportunity for K-pop stars to meet Vietnamese audiences.

Operating in the 16th year, Hyo Yeon - the longtime female idol of SNSD and now a DJ - is no longer bound to the same image as at the beginning of her career.

She makes Vietnamese fans happy when she freely approaches, exchanges, and chats, even at the table, to share a beer with them. The female singer reposted the fan-shot video on her Instagram story.
