Bad organisation of this event by local authorities plus unawareness of retaining order among the public led to a terrible chaos

The Hung Kings festival is traditionally celebrated on the tenth day of the third lunar month. Many Vietnamese come to pray to the national ancestors for health, success, and luck in life and business.

In Vietnam, there are often chaoses in such ceremonies but people don't know how to organise well to avoid such incidents.
