A fishing net

A big fishing net illustrated in the above photo is so-called Rổ (a basket) that is commonly used in rivers in Vietnam to fish. On the night of a previous day, a fisherman expands the net that is beneath the level of water, then the morning of a day after, he goes on a boat to collect fishes caught in a net that is risen off the water.

This is one of the fishing ways.
