A life of livelihood on the Halong Bay
A livelihood on the Halong Bay includes three people: a married couple and a kid wandering here to there. They are so poor that to have a house on the ground to live. Seem like that the floor is sea and the ceiling is sun. Their kid does not have the education as the child has to follow their parents in livelihood. Nobody knows how their kid's path of education is. Stephen Wallace, a lawyer and doctor, in a tour across Vietnam captures their "mobile house" on the sea.
