Mangrove forest Dong Rui, Vietnam



Mangrove forest Dong Rui is located in the eastern part of Quang Ninh Province, covering 23 hectares of land commune.






Dong Rui is home to different types of aquatic species, a breeding ground for migratory birds and potential destination of ecosystem. 



Since the development of eco-tourism in Vietnam, Dong Rui has become an attraction for local people, international tourists, researchers to enjoy fresh air, premival beauty of nature with a lot of ancient trees of 4 - 5 meter high.



The mangrove forest is a joint project between Vietnam's and Japan's Government for environment protection, disaster prevention and climate change adaption in Quang Ninh Province.  



Tourists takes a wooden boat a sand island in blue sea, located 4 kilometers away from the mainland. The sand island covers around 20 hectares.
