Monkey islands, Can Gio

Can Gio is a outlying district of Ho Chi Minh City. It is an attraction for Ho Chi Minh City dwellers who want to a short distance trip for within a day.

What do tourists find interested there? Mangrove forest, crocodile farms and especially monkey island. It takes more than one hour from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Gio. Tourists will take photos with monkeys, feed them with bananas.

One thing tourists should pay attention to is their bags with foods, snacks which are targets of monkey "robbers". I witnessed a monkey jumped on a little boy's chest and snatched his finger foot in a second.
