The Billboard Awards ceremony took place on the evening of November 19 in the US (the morning of November 20, Vietnam time). Some of today's most prominent K-pop artists have won in K-pop-specific categories.

Specifically, Billboard added 4 nomination categories for K-pop this year, including Top Global K-pop Artist, Top K-pop Album, Top Global K-pop Song and Artist. 

The wins belonged to the group New Jeans, the album 5-STAR of the group Stray Kids, the song Seven by male singer Jungkook (featuring rapper Latto) and the group BlackPink.

Fashion designer Phuong Ho launched the longest ao dai (Vietnam's longest dress) with a length of 178m, weighing nearly 200kg with a goal of setting a Guinness Vietnam record.

Within the framework of the Hung Temple Festival and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week 2023, taking place from April 20 to 29, the People's Committee of Viet Tri City (Phu Tho province) and Phuonglly Media jointly organized the presentation of the event: the fashion show, to set 3 Guinness Vietnam records.

Designer Phuong Ho said that the Ao Dai has a length of 178m (equal to the length of the Golden Bridge during fashion shows - PV), weighs nearly 200kg, and was made for nearly 2 months. The dress consists of the upper part and the lower part with 30 pieces assembled.

Each piece of fabric is painted, hand-embroidered, studded with stones, crystals, etc., creating motifs of culture, history, and landscapes of Vietnam. Interspersed is a lotus image made of brocade fabric, beautifully arranged in 3D.

The making of this Ao Dai is a big challenge for Phuong Ho and the crew.

Transporting the dress from Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Tho is not easy, it has to be detached into pieces to be able to be transported by air. 

When we got there, we had to rent a sewing machine, and a staff member to assemble and iron.

The incident happened at about 13:00 at Huynh Van Luy Street, Phu My Ward, Thu Dau Mot City.

According to some witnesses, a group of about 10 people, both men and women, travelling in a white car and two motorbikes, forced a black car aside to stop it.

Then, this group of people dragged a man and a woman in a black car down the street and beat up the woman mainly. The man tried to stop them and failed.

During the assault, the group also cut the woman's hair with scissors and stripped her. Seeing this, some people went to the police station of Phu My ward (Thu Dau Mot city) to report. When the police force arrived, the group of attackers got into the car and left the scene.

According to some people, through the way of assault, humiliation and curse words, this could be a case of jealousy.

The case is being investigated by the police.

A Bikini-Wearing Girl Washing a Car

At a working session with the local government, the owner of the shop confirmed that the scene took place at his shop. He said there was a group of clients coming to his shop. After cleaning their car, they asked him to take photos of a girl wearing a bikini washing a car.
