Hoardfrost formed from frozen steam appeared in the northern mountainous province of Cao Bang, after a bout of chilly weather,
with temperatures dropping below 3 degrees Celcius.

At this time, tops of trees in Phia Oac mountain, which is located in Cao Bang Province, are covered by hoardfrost, creating a misty landscape.








Tourists go on foot or take a ride on 3 km road to enjoy hoardfrost covered trees on both sides of road.

Many local people, tourists pour to Cao Bang to see frosty landscapes, to take photos to post on cell phone for close friends.
