Sapa tour, Vietnam

Very early in the morning, around 5 o'clock, fog still remains in the sky, young ethnic minority girl already leaves her home for Sapa in a traditional uniform. She starts her job as "a tourist guide".

Some international tourists leave a bus in a tour to Sapa, she, in a huuried way, approaches them by saluting and
chatting with them during their tour to a village of ethnic minority Mong as a volunteer tourist guide.

The above image has often seen in routes to ethnic minority village. Ms. Giang, 18 years old, couldn't pursuit her study as her friends in a village. She has to get married as traditional custom and gives a birth of baby. Her husband has to stay home to take care of their child.

On the way to a village, she invites guests to buy some of her items. She is a vendor. She speaks English quite good. She learns English by herself. Practice makes perfect. It depends on guests' mercy, some day, she earns a lot of money, other day, it is just enough for her family daily spending.

After a hard vendor day, she goes back home to buy some food, to prepare meals for her family. It is a hard working day for Mong girl.
