Phat To Pagoda, Ca Mau Province, Vietnam
Phat To is a secular, long-standing pagoda in Ca Mau Province, South of Vietnam. It was built in
1840 with religious architecture and has received respect of local people.
Phat To is a center for nuns, monks and belief worshippers to share belief, thoughts. On the 1st and 15th of lunar month, thousands of belief worshippers gather to pray to Buddha for hapiness, health and prosperity.
Phat To still preserves a set of precious stone statues of Buddha. It is the oldest in the South and is considered a national treasure.
