On Christmas eve and New year day, people pour out into streets, particularly young people in beautiful dress, walk along streets. Streets in downtown areas are banned transporting in evening, leaving space for walkers.
In the above photo, workers are hanging flower shape lights on main streets in the city. These activities bring to city dwellers a feeling of new year coming.
A Tet flower street will be set up at the heart of city, a place for city residents and tourists to enjoy various flowers coming from every corner of the country.
