Lai Chau Province, Vietnam



Lai Chau is a province located in northwest region of Hanoi, shares common border with China. It is sparcely populated and
poor and less industrialized in the north of Vietnam. 



Most of ethnic minorities in this region are Mang and Ha Lu. They live on agricultue and handicraft. 
It is a destination for discovery and trekking. There are a lot of caves. It also provides homestay for tourists who are interested in ecotourism, learn more about ethnic villages and way of life of ethnic minorities people.



Lai Chau has a variety of fauna and flora in this country. In Vietnam, peole aren't awareness of green environment, they poach wild animals as many as possible. The government doesn't have a strict measure in this regard.

Lai Chau has two seasons: dry and rainy seasons. The dry season starts from November to March. It is good time to travel in Lai Chau to enjoy a magnificient landscape and visit local villages to learn more about the culture of ethic minorities people.



One more interesting thing for tourist is to join highlands market sessions. Tourists can buy many colorful handcrafts made by ethnic minorities people.
